In fact, the first eighteen or nineteen times I played through this game, I always fought in turn-based mode because I thought real-time was so ridiculously difficult. The last one-hundred-and-sixty-five games have been much easier, and more fun, now that I know to fight real-time battles with "Always Run" turned off. I have a motto pertaining to this: "Turn off, and turn on!"
