Thanks for the info. I am running WinXP with service pack 2. I was actually able to install the game on my other computer, also with WinXP sp2, with no problems, so my OS isn't the issue. I may give DOS-Box a shot later. If it is relevant, the computer I'm unsuccessfully trying to install it on is a laptop. I've had mm6 running on it with no problems since I bought it, it's just mm7 that's giving me trouble.
