I have enchanted by scrolls many times (really many times - using infinite reloading until I succeeded) because I want items of Arms +12 too early I have always succeeded and I have got the wanted items for all my guys. The chance of successful enchanting seems to correspond M5 (that is, 50%). Naturally, the chance of getting an item of Arms +12 is much lower
