Currently i am playing a Monk Solo game, so no elemental magic. My results with TP scrolls match zedd's calculation. This makes the gatemaster follower very useful, as they cast TP at GRAND MASTER level : It never fails and works fine in red/yellow environments. (saved my butt during the light monk promotion).
