Yes, I was testing in real time combat, in real world minutes. (1 real world minute = 30 in-game minutes, in RT mode.) The results are disturbing. The dagger and the unarmed skill gave me precisely the same results. I had thought that unarmed was faster. (MoK's patch didn't change this, did it? I only recently installed it, so that I could adapt my skills editor to it.) Attacks per real world minute in real time combat, with my speed 13 monk at varying levels of Armsmaster (numbers apply to both dagger and unarmed): None: 48 15 N: 77 20 N: 88 25 N: 99 28 N: 106 29 N: 113 30 N: 115 60 N: 115 60 GM: 115 I'll try testing turn-based mode later. (The potential for rounding errors (due to small numbers of attacks per turn) leaves me less than enthusiastic about precise studies, but that won't stop me.) BV |
