Lead the nagas towards the dragon hunters and watch the fun. Done carefully, this can get you the Sword of Whistlebone without having to lay a hand on the knights. (The tricky part is getting Sir W. to come out of his tent.) You can also get the nagas to kill one of the "tame" dragons, although this is difficult since nagas look much tougher than they really are. Then you pick up about 30 Nagahides to sell.
