I checked the combos in MM7 I have Version 1.2 with Mok patch (other versions are fatal - either crushing or get bugged as death after certain game events)

So - We CAN dual-wield. and initial bonuses (namely bonuses of weapons, not of skils) But we get no other bonuses in the following weapon pairs Sword + dagger (no increase in Attack as sword is developed) Mace + dagger (no damage boost, though we stun - rarely) Mace + sword (same as above) Axe + dagger (no damage boost) Spear + dagger (no damage boost)

So, the only weapon combos that really work are - dagger + dagger spear + sword (though I now doubt that fans of this combo ever raise Spear above 7M, and because those are knights, they simply boost armsmaster)

Comment 1 - But the above info DOES change lots in development and gaming strategy. (small panicks) Comment 2 - can those patch makers do anything about defective combos? Comment 3 - did really those defective combos work in version 1.0?
