He was so busy trying to hit those rats he completely ignored me for 16 shots. By that time his Hit Points were almost halfway gone. I just kept it in turn-based and he must have missed me for the next 3 rounds (he's not too accurate you know), because when I recharged the wand he was already in the red and none of my characters showed any HP loss. 5 or 6 more hits and he was a goner. I admit, I was lucky not to have taken a hit or two, I usually do when I do it that way, but this time never a scratch!
