I had a problem with a game once. I may be WAY off, but I'm just trying to help ok. Just do this. Open Internet Explorer. Click Tools. Click Internet options. Then Delete Cookies, Delete Files (including all offline content) and Clear History. Close Internet Explorer. Now right click over your recycle bin and empty it completely. Even if you have protected files from some virus software you use. This is assuming you don't have anything in your recycle bin you may need later. Think about that. Now reboot your computer. If this works, let me know. If it doesn't it's honestly still a good thing to do once in a while. Be my guest to ask if it is safe. Cheers.
