| I think the first 'stop' is "inside" the castle....meaning you've hit an area the guards warned you not to go in. You advance the boat twice, then there should be a pier and a staircase going down to the throneroom. The guards down there shouldn't mess with you unless you've already ticked off the castle by attacking someone or venturing where you were told not to. |
