is meant to increase learning skill by +15. However if the character is E/M/GM in learning the +15 bonus will not be multiplied as one could suspect. Therefore +15% to XP gained would have been more precise (I'm not sure what happens if you don't have the learning skill, after all the bonus from scholars/teachers/instructors shows up when right clicking on the character). I'm not sure whether or not the bonus to meditation from Ethric's staff is treated in the same way. |
