Haste won't be cast if you have a weak character, IIRC. You can cure them of the weakness (even if they're dead, stoned and/or eradicated) with a spell or potion, but there's no point. Haste doesn't work, so you're better off not casting it. (It'll just make everyone weak when the duration runs out, and it runs out sooner than your other Hour of Power spells.) BV
