IMO, the picture is only an illustrative scene. It is here only to catch buyer's eye (the picture is on the cover of MM7) but - it is not a picture from the game. Look at the follower. She is the guide from Emerald Island, who leaves you once you start your journey to Harmondale. She is unique, no hireable NPC in the game shares the same picture. How come she is back? Also, minotaurs in MM7 look differently from those on the picture. By a short chalk, a hoax. A usual hoax known from many covers of many games |
