I was browsing more in the MM7 files; the definitely didn't put it in the game. This artifact/relic file is item222; when I open the Might and Magic 'items' spreadsheet, item222 was skipped. I don't know what they did with it. I can not really add this item as it's own unique artifact/relic in game either, as I don't have a program that will let me open the MM file I need to be opened. So, since Lady Carmine's Dagger was mentioned, I can try and use this dagger to replace her generic Mage Dagger.
