Really everywhere. You'd better fly and check the whole map, not only the town. They can be in the small village near Harmondale. They can be in the wilderness, IIRC, they can even be in the White Caves cavenrs. Therefore, cruise the map while flying and put an end to every red dot you find. Check the caverns. The only sure thing is that all of them are on the Harmondale map or in the interiors on the map.
