I can see how items supposed to be generated on one map might, by a bug, get put on another, but the things in Harmondale are fairly randomly spread about--that is, there is no ring of toadstools. But I have no doubt this is a bug of some kind. I have also been finding Crushed Rose Petals in the streets of Erathia.
