I seldom fight the "mad" trees in the Tularian Forest, even though they attack me--at least not when I plan to take the Light path. Since the trees are angry at Walkers only because they have been robbed, I prefer to take a little damage from them once in a while--they don't do much if you move fast--for the satisfaction of having them become friendly and respectful ("How may I serve you?") after the Heart of the Forest is back with the Eldest Tree. Does anyone else show this level of mercy (or foolishness, if you prefer)?
