A lot of the info in the MM7 game files looks like it`s been copied from the MM6 files and modified. In this particular case, since reputation has no significant effect on the outcome of the game and since the diplomacy skill has been removed, I assume the Bard and Diplomat NPCs are programmed to not appear. Merely a guess, though. |
