They will be hostile as soon as you enter the forbidden area, even if you're invisible. However, you can, if you're very careful (and lucky) get the paintings while invisible. If you bump into anyone, though, you'll have a good fight on your hands. I dislike killing anyone for the paintings. I normally use invisibility and even if attacked do not fight back, but run, dodge, and jump. Or paralyze, or use the scare spell. |
