I gave all 4 of my party Bows for their Xmas presents last year. Unfortunately none of my party are natural Toxophilites. Three can just become Expert and the 4th not even that. Generally they only know HPs off their opponent in single figures Perhaps if I yell when I fire the arrow it will have more effect. Fighting creatures that have 12375 HPs this seems to take a lot of time (especially when one touch of their talon reduces by party by one member) I seem to play a different version of the game to everyone else. (It is call no-Might, little-Magic & Run-like-Hell). Unlike M&M6 and M&M8, I never finished this game first time around. I took it to a certain point then saved to allow me to play both the Good and the Evil paths separately and never quite got round to it. This time I am resolute (I think?) I haven't as yet got to the Light and Dark Path branch (i.e I haven't chosen) - so neither schools of Magic are open as yet. I know ever gamer will find bugs or things that they personally would have been done better in every game they play. But the M&M series is very much better than most. My only gripe is that I would really like to know how to play the game as it was intended (rather than the mess I generally make) |
