Normally "regular" boosters (i.e. rings, amulets, armor, etc.) DO NOT stack. However, some artifacts/relics with stat/skill booster properties will stack with rings and suich. Example: Harecks Leather has a +5 to Disarm Trap and Stealing. These properties will stak with other items of Disram/Stealing.

As far as the HP/SP regen propeties, I am sure that they DO NOT stack in any case.
