They are not, hoever, a weak party. the champions are using spear and sword and the druid a dagger/shield combination. All three of my champions have over 600 HP and do 50-75 base damage. On the way up to Eofil they killed seveal behemoths and alot of medusas.

They got even stronger after I used Lassiter's Well and was able to completely train in all skills.

Also, there is no way a blaster pistol can do that kind of damage . . normally! 4 characters shooting at a shark (in the shoals) for instance takes several shots to take onw out and even then a strong party will take alot of danage.

I still think that putting a character like that in the game makes it unbalanced and, as I said, this will be the last time I will play MM7.
