IIRC, someone once figured out that it needed to also be to the minute of whenever the war started, so just sometime during that day. You'll be notified that Judge Grey has died and needs to be replaced. I can't remember if you have to be in a particular geographic area when this occurs or not (someone?). Whoever you replace him with will decide what side you're on. |
