it seem that GM water lrvrl 20 could recharge to maximum.
the question is does it worth?
a Lich or ArchMage are the only one who can get GM water.
level of 14 with an Item of Water Magic will do the trick.
but do you want to spend 46 skill point to be able to recharge Wand to there full capacity ?
another possibility is the use of recharge Item with potion
you only need Expert in Alchemy and very good reagent.
with hight skill in Alchemy,item of alchemy and 2 NPC you can make very powerfull recharge Item potion eli the witch BTW I use potion to recharge Wand normaly w/o getting more then 70% when my sorcerer is a Lich I have enaught magic to forget about using wand I prefer to enchant weapons before battle with magic or potion or to loot shp and body for good weapon |
