according to the spell description, that based on your Water Magic skill you can recharge to *almost* full charges, but not quite, meaning no matter how high your skill you will always recharge to at least one less than the previous maximum. Which means that constantly recharging a wand will eventually run out anyway. btw, you should recharge with at least 1 charge still remaining, because when the last charge is used, the wand disappears |
