...MM6 was issued in 1998, and 3DO continued to sell it to the end. Ubisoft bought the Might & Magic rights from the corpse of 3DO in 2002 or 2003 (I can't remember which), so it'll be some time before MM6 becomes abandonware, even by the abandonware manifesto's standards. And that assumes that Ubisoft don't take action before the 10 years are up.
