Paladin Ranger Cleric Sorcerer (Hero) (Ranger Lord) (Cleric of the sun) (Archmage)

I am end of the game and i choosed Light path.

My Paladin's Grand Master Mace skill works Great so he paralyzes.

But My Ranger is Grandmaster Axe user but the description says "Change To Halve The Armor Class Of The Target"

But i hit a monsters nearly 100 times and when i rigt click(Grand Master Monster ID) Its armor was same. It never changed.

I loaded and saved lots of times and i killed that monster only my Ranger. But Armor was all time same.

I tried all other monsters the result was same.

What can it be?

Is that skill waorking on you?
