Some of the braziers should be within your abilities later, especially in say Erathia where you have a DoG to touch. Evermon has only one lamb as I recall. Nighon has maybe 3 or 4. LoG about the same, but it has the well. Deyja about 4. Bracada about 3. Don't forget the shrines.
