First i used the word add-on loosely like Gavin Magnus and the Wall of Mist, remember?  Because it isn't really an addon more like a devil - dwarf patch, u'll see! U need the editor from http://www.angelfire.com/id/mmvii/mm7view.zip then download the patch itself from http://rapidshare.de/files/6056503/MM7.Devil.MOD001C.rar.html and then do as Xenofex says:. Install instructions:
1. Load Icons.lod file from your MM7\data folder(Make a backup of this file first) Using St0rmCat's MM7 View
2.Extract the files from my "files for my "mod""
3. Choose "Batch Import" in St0rmCat's MM7 View , and import all (Except lod.bat and Bmp.lod files) to the Icons.lod file.
4.After "installing" Run Might and magic VII Normaly , Choose NEW GAME. The Should be a Devil Instead a Dwarf With a White Beard.Don't be surprised that it says DWARF as a race of the devil. I haven't yet found a way to change it.
