I have no idea about the rest of that info, and would just try to fit the paper doll (aside from the wings) closely to the existing ones, so that items will be equipped in the right places. (Replacing the dwarf that way would make for a short devil, though. Some items even look different on a dwarf than on other races, so you'd have to fix more than the position. Have you considered replacing one of the goblins or a zombie instead?) I recently got back to my little project (after a year off), but there's still so much to do that I don't know whether I'll stick with it for long enough.
