To advance the main line in the game you have to go to the Barrow Downs, get the Dwarf King quest, then go to Bracada to free the Dwarves, and then back to the Barrow Downs.

This is a big pain since you can't get transportation to the Barrow Downs and have to take 5 days going to and fro each way.

At the same time the most important class upgrade - Sorcerer - requires you to go to Bracada, and then among other places to the Barrow Downs.

So, if you have a Sorcerer in your party, does is make more sense timewise to first go to Bracada and perhaps even finish the Wizard quest before the save the Dwarf quest, or does it make more sense to go to the Barrow Downs first?
