If I remember right, Sandro appears in MM5 (Darkside of Xeen) as the lich ruler of Necropolis, who gives you a quest then tries to kill you (because he can't help it, he's an evil lich!). If you're playing the combined game World of Xeen (4 and 5 together) I think it's Sandro who gives you the key to the Dungeon of Death, where he has supposedly turned off all the traps so you can play there at your leisure.
