I don't know but the regeneration spell is so powerful in MM7 that once you can cast it at M or GM level, regeneration of HP by means of magical items becomes (almost) unessential. The only uses of the item are (a) regenerating SP and (b) fixing a blunder of the player - if the priest becomes unconscious without having the Regeneration spell active
