There's a secret passage leading off from the dungeons of your castle, and some of the goblins hide in there. The doors in Harmondale won't re-open until you have cleared every hostile out of the whole territory. If there are a few outside that you haven't spotted, the easiest way to find them is to overfly the territory with WizEye operating and watch for the red dots. The castle can be searched and again, keep WizEye up.
