Mok had me do some testing, and as far as I can tell, there's no armor recovery bug in MM7 or MM8. It's only in MM6.

Also, I don't think there's a party haste bug in MM6 since the MM6 save game file doesn't have a party haste spell slot, only individual haste spell slots.
