I've been tech support for various companies during the last few years. I like being able to solve problems. Granted my expertise is less than others here, but if I can provide advice or solutions then it's worth it to me.

I've been in the industry long enough to know that tech support people like me are a "dime a dozen" and paid that much in salary. I've been blessed working for two companies where my commitment to fixing a customer's problem is more important than call times(a tech center bane in my opinion).
