i will confess that i copy my own cd's...i have had too many since about 1995 or so that broke and i had to buy a new one...the company, which is "leasing" me the software, is apparently also "selling" me the plastic it comes on and in...i understand about costs for packaging...and i know in truth what it costs, since i worked for millenium corp., a defunct producer of osha software...

in fact, you couldnt go to the $5 table and find software if the packaging werent costing less than a buck...

but i digress...the fact is that ubisoft has some great minds that they could tap, but they arent...you are correct, of course, that they paid for the privilege of doing nothing...just like my congressmen who vote to raise my taxes while raising their salaries...i dont like it, but i am stuck with the results...
