It seems to depend on your hardware and how Windows deals with it. The most common problem with MM7 relates to sound acceleration. The game runs but there is stuttering in the sounds. Go to Start -> Run and enter 'dxdiag'. Choose the Sounds tab and move the slider to the far-left-but-one position. Another sound problem that occurs on all games is crackling. That is typically due to onboard sound. I don't think changing the sound acceleration helps that, but it wouldn't hurt to try. Graphics problems are a bit trickier. It would be best to report back here if you have problems and give us details. |
