Heheey, IT WORKS! I went and looked in mm8 compatibility database which I downloaded here. I set compatibility mode to WIN 2000 + added win95lie command and added ALL files in database (matching files). and added NEW mss32.dll in mm7 root folder. (New smack??.dll and bink??.dll doesn´t work...CTD instantly) Now it works in SOFTWARE mode only, and NO music. It just reads CD erratic, swinging CD like DJ, what´s that supposed to be? any idea? I would like music.. BTW mm8 works well wihtout fixing, with hardware mode if I remember right. thanx
