I have been working on it a little more. In the D-Fend wizard Edit the Xeen Profile and go to Mounting. You will see you CD-Rom mounted. Leave it alone and do an Auto mount it will auto mount your hardrive that Xeen is in. if it does not just do it manually. This is what it should look like in D-Fend. E:\ CDRom E F:\ True F:\ Drive F:\ False This way it will boot directly to Xeen cd and run the game No Dos commands.
