When you give one of the kings 11 UPOs, that king will destroy the castles of the two other kings, making them inaccessible through the main entrance. This means you will no longer be able to get the treasure and access the dungeons in these castles. Neither will you be able to deliver any more Ancient Artifacts of the alignments corresponding to the destroyed kingdoms. The best thing is to do as Peter2 described, give `em 10 each, but note that when you approch a king he will take ALL the UPOs in your inventory.... Good luck!
