I recently found a copy of Might & Magic VII in a local store and bought it with intentions of selling it via the TELP recycling program. The game is from SoldOut Software. I hadn`t even broken the sealing until today, but after reading your post, I realized this software really needed testing.

My copy too, has all the bonus points spent and all the skills chosen when I start a new game, however this seems only to serve as guidance to the inexperienced player. It`s easily changed, just as you`ve noted yourself.

I am unable to reproduce your other problems, though. At least when provided by an NPC, the expert level Wizard Eye works just fine. So does all the clicking on the NPCs, with or without having quickspells preset.

I have just tested the game with a new party at Emerald Island, so no extensive testing has been done. Is there anything in particular you want me to try?
