It has been a very long time since I accepted the wand from Mr. Malwick, but my recollection is that although the mercenary guild was closed while the guys waited for the tapestry and then invaded, later it returned to normal. I usually don't bother with having the dragonflies kill Mr M, I just finish the job myself at the last thing to do on EI. At least for the light path it is possible to get the tapestry the sneaky way. |
