You don't need to read the Pirate Map, all you need to do is to deliver it to Daedalus Falk in Tatalia. Once you have done that, the ship from Tatalia will take you to Evenmorn Island. However, it sails only on Sundays, so that's the day you need to be there.Once you've opened that route, others become available – from Erathia, the Tularan Forest, Tatalia, and Bracada – but they all sail only on Sundays. That limit is a pest. The only convenient way to get there is to have a GM rank Sorcerer with Lloyd's Beacon, and use the spell.
