I don't know what happened . I tried launch MM 6 as admin ,but it has not helped .
Yesterday, though ,I changed energy settings for the laptop
Could it be the reason for this ?

This sounds very odd....

The only thing that makes sense to me is that the keystroke codes has been re-assigned. Have your 'Region and Language' settings (in the Control Panel) changed?

I changed energy settings to ' Optimal ' yesterday it resulted
in some keystrokes not responding .
Today I returned energy settings to ' Dell automatic ' and keystrokes started to function again .There is asome program on laptop designed to balance working effectivity
and energy use it aims on laptop users ,who often use laptops,
    while on batteries .
But I remember having sometimes problems with keystrokes in MM games even on stationary computers .

Perhaps the game has not been designed with laptops and their power saving schemes

I'm pretty sure that's correct

When MM6 first came out, laptops were a lot rarer than they are now, and considerably more expensive. And something else – in my experience, power-saving features quite often interfere with computers' automatic back-up routines. No back-up is going to occur if a computer's in "sleep" mode.

Similarly, in the days when I was wasting money by getting my TV through Sky (cursed be their name!), I didn't thank them for not telling me that they had downloaded an automatic "shut-down after inactivity" routine to my Sky box. The first thing I knew about it was when my video recorder did not record some late-night films that I wanted to see. Grrr . . . . !!
