I guess you are in luck because I had a bit of time and I was also interested in all the comments. So here you have a link to a ZIP file with all the comments in low quality mp3 . The character comments are numbered (not named), but I tried to compile a list of what the numbers mean (see the file character-sound-numbers.txt in the archive). (It will expire in 30 days, so be sure to save it somewhere on your computer.)
