In my game, as in yours, the Cerulean Skies does leave from Silver Cove (on a Wednesday?) The difference is that in your game, it goes to North Island in E1, Eel Infested Waters. It also goes to a North Island in my game, but it's the one in D1, just north of Silver Cove Town. The journey takes one day, and it leaves you ready to turn around and board the Barracuda to go to E1.
