| When you calculate the bonuses you get using the stacking combination of an artifact of "x magics" with a ring of "x magic", the two multiplication by 1.5 are applied sequentially and any fractional numbers are rounded down during both multiplications. In 25% of cases, this can give small differences from the results obtained by a single multiplication by 2.25. E.g. (13 x 2.25) rounded down gives 29, but (13 x 1.5) rounded down (=19) followed by (19 x 1.5) again rounded down gives only 28. |
