I usually don't go to NWC's offices until MUCH, MUCH later; once I visit Dragonsand. Usually by then, NWC Offices are more of an afterthought. One thing of interest is the peasants there. Scroll the mouse cursor over them, and it gives names for each one of them. Obviously their way of giving a nod to everyone who worked there. Unfortunately, you can't speak to any of them, but it was still a nice gesture anyway.
