Original Message:   A simple test for Grayface patch would be hitting F2 in the game.
If the game starts running at double speed, then the patch is installed. Otherwise it is (probably) not.

Another simple test would be simply to turn on music. If it plays, then it is installed (Grayface's patch adds MP3 playback from a given folder).
